Fifi's Hibachi: A Family Story
The journey began in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where Eduardo and Megan met in 2012 while working at Benihana, a hibachi restaurant. He was a chef, and she was a server. Soon, they started a family and, while thinking about the future of their two boys, the dream of Fifi's was born. In 2022, they moved to Woodruff, South Carolina, to bring Fifi's to life. Eduardo and Megan launched their food truck in 2023, and it quickly became a local favorite.
Fifi's is named after Eduardo's father, and their success is the result of his influence. Eduardo takes great pride and joy in every meal he prepares, just like his father does.
Fifi's Hibachi operates under a simple philosophy: always use the best ingredients available, with flavors and sauces made from scratch. If you have the opportunity to enjoy a plate from Fifi's, you'll come back because you love the unique taste of their ingredients.
